1. Payment
1. TranscriptionToGo.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
2. Payment may be made online or called in to our office.
3. P.O.’s may be accepted after completing our approval process. You must call our office to initiate this process. 4. A copy of the P.O. must be faxed to 918-627-1065 before order will be shipped.
2. Returns
1. Returns will be accepted 30 days from date of purchase.
2. Returned items must include all manuals, accessories, packing, and original box.
3. Returned items must be in like new condition, no dents and scratches.
4. Returned items not meeting the #2 and #3 condition will be subject to a 25% to 50%
restocking fee depending on condition of returned item.
5. Shipping Charges are not refundable.
6. International Sales must be called in to our office and all international sales are final with no refunds.
3. Shipping
1. Shipping usually occurs in 24 to 48 hours.
2. Most large items will be shipped UPS, DHL, or FEDX but small items may be shipped USPS.
3. Any shipping problems will be communicated to our customers via e-mail or phone as soon as discovered.
4. Shipping cut off time is 12:00pm
5. Our normal business hours are 8am to 5pm CST, Monday through Friday excluding Holidays.
4. Privacy
1. Information collected by TranscriptionToGo.com is used only for our business purposes. No information will be shared or sold to anyone!
2. Credit card numbers ARE NOT retained on our server.
