| Service Agreements |
| | Our service agreements are offered in a 1 year or a 2 year term. The service agreement will run concurrently with the manufacturers warranty for the first year which is typically 90 days on labor and 1 year on parts. Our service agreement suppliments the manufacturers warranty by including 2 cleanings of the machine per each year of service agreement. The customers only requirement is to mail the item to our repair department. |

| Winscribe Digital Dictation System |
| | We offer custom solutions for digital dictation needs based on the WINSCRIBE Digital Dictation System. The WINSCRIBE Digital Dictation System uses the latest cutting-edge technology allowing the end-user complete versatility in their system configuration. WINSCRIBE is a Windows Server based application and when used over the internet allows the author and transcriptionist to be on opposite sides of the world and function as though they were in the same office.
WINSCRIBE also allows for the use of stations, such as the Dictaphone C-phone.
WINSCRIBE also functions as a call-in system using phone ports and can emulate control functions from brands such as Sony, Lanier or Dictaphone.
WINSCRIBE also accepts downloads from portable digital recorders such as the Olympus DS-5000 or from a speech microphone such as the Philips LHF-5272.
WINSCRIBE allows the end-user to intermingle the above dictation methods as needed then allows the transcriptionist to process the dictation via an internet connected PC from anywhere in the world.

| Digital Dictation Service Provider |
| | If you do not want the cost or time invested in maintaining your own server then, for a monthly fee, consider using TranscriptionToGO.com as your Digital Dictation Service Provider. Using a Windows 2000 server with the WINSCRIBE Digital Dictation software, TranscriptionToGo.com will host and maintain the server at our office. We will provide each secretary a transcription license, foot control and headset, which are installed on their computer. The author or dictator will be provided with the Olympus DS-5000 portable digital recorder or a Philips speech microphone for dictation through the computer. All training and maintenance will be included in the monthly usage fee.
